Functional Training helps developing all our motor skills, stimulating them together and integrally. The life quality improvement is huge and transversal to different types of goals, such as loss of fat, muscle toning, general physical capacity, and injury recovery.
Highly Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T), aims at improving physical condition and sports performance in general. The carried-out exercises stimulate several motor capacities and muscle groups simultaneously, resulting in a large caloric expenditure - during and after training - ideal to lose weight, gain muscle tone, or improve physical condition.
GAP sessions last 30 minutes. Work various motor skills, such as cardiovascular strength and endurance, with special focus on the gluteal, abdominal and leg muscle groups. Help improve toning, endurance and muscle definition.
Body & Mind
Yoga Sámkhya is a practical philosophy, coming directly from India, that invite us in each practice(sadhaná) to live the present and enhance the best in us, always in harmony. The different technical disciplines (anga) - Pujá, Pránáyáma (breathing), Ásana, Bandha, Kryá, Mantra (kírtanam), Yoganidrá (relaxation), Dhyána (meditation), among others - are adapted to each practitioner, regardless of their level of practice, to enable a positive, healthy and joyful development.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga codified and popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century, which is often promoted as a modern form of classic Indian yoga. Ashtanga means eight limbs or branches of yoga mentioned in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, of which asana or physical posture of yoga is only one branch, breathing or pranayama is another. Known for its dynamic characteristics and with greater physical intensity, it is a Yoga that is adapted to different people, always seeking a personal and physical development and growth for all its practitioners.
Pilates it’s a practice made of low-impact exercises, performed on ground, using exclusive equipment. It strengthens the muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Hence, restoring, promoting and increasing life quality.
Stretching helps the body to relax, gain breadth, recover as well as prepare for sports and adventures.
