TERMS & CONDITIONS – TABLE RESERVATIONS

II. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Once the reservation has been made through the web engine, you will receive an email confirming the validity of the reservation along with all the corresponding information. If you do not receive the confirmation of the reservation or if any information in the confirmation is incorrect, please contact the restaurant:

If you wish to cancel or change the reservation date or the number of diners, your request will be honoured, if it is made with a minimum of advance notice, and if there are seats available. You can do this by calling the restaurant’s telephone number.
Your table will be held for 15 minutes after the booked time. If you do not arrive and fail to notify the restaurant by phone, your table may be released.
The maximum occupancy time for a table is 2 hours. If the table is not reserved afterwards, you may be allowed to extend your stay.
